India is purchasing s -400 air defense system from Russia to defend its air territory and this order has been confirmed by Indian air force, now if is ready to get its advance air defense system from Russia but before delivery of these systems if will send officers to Russia to learn about how to operate s-400 system and how to get best results from these systems.
